i am so bored that i decided to come entertain you all. so be grateful (:
finished lit assignment yesterday night :D & also 7 chinese cloze passages. that means i still have maths, eng, chinese & 33 more cloze passages.
okay, whatever. since it's already the end of the school year, i wanna talk about class :D
i know it's lame but please grin & bear it xD
it's not like we're sec 2 or sec 4 or leaving each other but just a token of my appreeeeciation (:

zi qi was the first person i ever talked to in crescent, (besides asking some of the snrs cus i lost my way) & maybe we were the first 2 close friends in the class cus on the 2nd day of school, in the morning no one was talking to each other except us (: yeah well, we sat beside each other & i had to say i benefited cus she kept asking the teacher questions. & she knew more things than me. we joined the same cca together :D although she was kinda stubborn at times, she was a great person to sit with (:

teen zhen left us already ): but she was the 2nd friend i made in class. she was very funny :D

third person i made friends with was josephine (: she was my partner & still is my partner. we had to partner according to register number & she was unfortunately paired with me. at first i have to admit i thought she was irritating, but well everyone thought the same (: now she's a great person & also my home econ partner (: she's a caring soul & i like her cus we always make the nicest dishes during home econs.

during the sculpture walk, i still wasn't close to many of s1 yet. but this petite girl suddenly came up & called me jie jie (: haha joey, my dear mei xD she was the first person to ever call me jie (besides my brother). she is my first best friend & will forever be my best friend. although you didn't do quite well this year, well take the useful idea i gave you & use it next year (: too bad i only thought of it at the end of the maths paper but well, trying is better than not doing anything right? good luck mei, do well next year (: i love you!

next friend i made was wei shan, who sat on my other side. anything i could ask her, cus zi qi sometimes never pay attention in class D: but she was great & managed to answer my questions. well, most of them anyway. now she's joined jose' clique & enjoying herself there xD but she is still one of the first few friends i made.

next was audrey (: she was so quiet at first that i didn't know she existed xD there was this time when we had to partner according to register number, then she had to partner claraL. then before morning assembly, clara was trying to find her partner then she was walking around aimlessly calling "audrey! where is audrey?" then she said to sihui "audrey is gone. i can't find her!" i was there laughing at audrey cus audrey was standing right in front of clara & she couldn't find her. it was the funniest moment of my life at that time.

then i met janice, who was one of the active members of nc (: she stays kinda near my house & therefore i told her the idea of alighting at clementi & taking 154. the next day she came back to me saying thank you for helping her save money xD there was this time when we went home together almost every day cus we had so many things to talk about. there was also a time when we quarreled lor. but that was a sad time & let's not talk about it. janice is a very funny person cus she always likes the people that have the same character, rank, size, & hairstyle :DDD but her taste is good hahahaa. (my taste is better though)

during the nc trials, i met tessa. she was the first friend i made from other classes (: she invited me to her class cus we still had over an hour before the trials started. i like her hair :D

haha next friend i made was lee si hui aka lee ah si cus she was sitting in front of zi qi & making a big din. she was very funny lah. i didn't look forward to sitting with her this term at first, cus that time i wasn't close to her. but i found out she was very kind hearted & fun, & not irritating as i first thought her to be. she explains to me what i cannot understand, & she studies properly. not like me. she is very helpful (: but sometimes she can be quite irritating as she can't understand what is 4200-400=3800 or x-axis & y-axis. &&& she ALWAYS eavesdrops. D:

next was zehra cus she was one of the most prominent people in class. having been in crescent since may last year, she was very familliar with the surroundings. she shifted to sit beside me on i forgot when, & during that time we kinda quarrelled. she admitted she thought i was a bully at first cus i looked unfriendly. (see?!) but we patched up cus we are fellow right markers (:

next was dear dear afiqah & diyan. they were so close together then. practically glued together. then me, jan & them formed hersheyys (!!!!) both of you were one of my closest friends (: i remember how we used to sit in c2 everyday before activity. how we used to talk cock like siao until we all roll on the floor xD how we camwhored in the je train from yishun/yio chu kang after shooting/trainfire/hq. those days were one of the superfunnest days of my life, & you are one of the most treasurable friends i've ever made (: dear afiqah is a real trustable friend. i love you(s) now it'll never be the same but still..

next comes dear hanisah ): she left crescent because of some study matters ))))): she is a fantastic platoonmate. my first impression of her was her beautiful big brown eyes (: then during camp she kinda didn't bring a certain hair accesory xD we spent alot of valuable times together at 711/cheers. we will miss you hanisah ): must sms alot okay (: I LOVE YOU LOTS!!!

next comes along alot alot of people. but thanks thenghui for being a fantastic chairperson. & shinny for being a great vice chair/councillor. s1 rocks (:

i really regret not trying out for certain things in the beginning of the year, like house com & not putting in my best for sports trials. it's not that i regret joining nc but still. i regret wasting my first eye candy on someone i didn't really like, now i realise. joined nc because of her somemore! i didn't have an angel at first cus i was unpopular (!!!!!) then afiqah intro-ed me to hazzie (: she became my angel but she doesn't reply my letters! stupid hazzie D: now i am in the process of gaining a new angel (hint hint) & waiting for her 2nd reply. haha blame me for having such a difficult-to-pronounce name. & such unfriendly features (:

okay lah. better not talk anymore. i miss the times when i first stepped into crescent. & all of us were strangers. strangers are better than hate right? better not say anymore or i will start crying. so quickly, a year has passed. very quickly.

i have a little moral of the story, now that i mention new friends. every time someone asks me what is my name, it will be like this:

her: what's your name?
me: yik lam
her: HUH?!?!?!
me: yik lam!!!
her: oh okay.

then few mins later she will come ask me what is my name again.
standard reaction!
